Learnomy Pro
What Pro lets you do on top
Pro installs next to Free and switches on the modules you need. Here is what each one lets you do, grouped by what you are trying to get done.
-
When you want to
Sell training to companies and teams
Sell a company a bundle of seats and give them their own branded portal. Their manager adds people by CSV, splits them into departments with their own managers, and pulls a compliance report. You enforce the seat limit, sell extra seats later, and bill a recurring team subscription. Someone behind on dues can be suspended and restored without losing their history.
Pro modules: Spaces, Space Groups
How it works for Sell training to companies and teams -
When you want to
Run subscriptions like a business
Let members upgrade or downgrade with fair credit for unused time, pause and resume, and retry failed payments automatically. Refund cleanly, sell gift codes, and watch MRR, churn and lifetime value.
Pro modules: Memberships Pro
How it works for Run subscriptions like a business -
When you want to
Pay instructors without spreadsheets
Instructors connect their own Stripe account from their earnings page and get paid out directly. You can set a commission rate per instructor. A refund after payout is recovered automatically from their next payout.
Pro modules: Stripe Connect Payouts
How it works for Pay instructors without spreadsheets -
When you want to
Grade coursework, not just quizzes
Students submit written work or files on a lesson, and you grade against a rubric. One weighted course grade pulls quizzes, assignments and SCORM together, with manual overrides and CSV export.
Pro modules: Assignments, Gradebook
How it works for Grade coursework, not just quizzes -
When you want to
Test harder subjects
Five more question types: matching, ordering, numeric with tolerance, math where equivalent answers grade correct, and calculated questions with fresh numbers each attempt. Draw random questions from a pool, time each question, and grade essays against a rubric.
Pro modules: Advanced Quizzes

When you want to
Control the pace of learning
Unlock lessons a number of days after enrollment, on a date, or after a quiz is passed. Chain courses into a path with a certificate at the end, and run cohorts that start and finish together.
Pro modules: Content Drip, Learning Paths, Cohorts
How it works for Control the pace of learning -
When you want to
Use the content and systems you already have
Upload SCORM packages and QTI tests, embed H5P, send learning records to your LRS with xAPI, and let Canvas, Moodle or Blackboard launch your courses with grades sent back through LTI 1.3 (beta).

When you want to
Let instructors work without wp-admin
Instructors build and edit whole courses from the front end with a step-by-step wizard. AI can draft courses, lessons and questions for review. It is off by default and every draft waits for a human.

Common questions
Pricing FAQ
Is Free really free, with no hidden limits?
Yes. Free includes unlimited courses, lessons, and enrolled students, plus Stripe and PayPal checkout, membership plans, quizzes, certificates, and the instructor commission system. It is a complete LMS, not a crippled trial. A solo creator or small academy can run on Free indefinitely.
Do I need WooCommerce to sell courses?
No. Learnomy runs fully standalone with built-in Stripe and PayPal direct checkout, and Action Scheduler is bundled so subscriptions and renewals work without any extra plugin. WooCommerce is available as an optional gateway if you already use it, but it’s never required.
What is the difference between annual and lifetime pricing?
Annual pricing covers one year of updates and support. Lifetime is a one-time payment that covers updates and support with no renewal. Both give you the same Pro features; the difference is payment structure. Lifetime is available on all three tiers.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later without losing data?
Yes. Pro installs as a companion plugin alongside Free. Your courses, students, transactions, and certificates all stay exactly as they are. Pro features activate on top of what you already have.
How many sites can I use Pro on?
Personal covers 1 site. Professional covers up to 5 sites. Agency covers unlimited sites. All tiers include the full set of Pro modules.
What does Pro actually add on top of Free?
Pro is a companion plugin with 23 modules. The biggest are Spaces for selling seats to companies, a weighted gradebook with assignments and rubrics, SCORM, xAPI, LTI, QTI and H5P support, subscription upgrades, pauses and payment retries, Stripe Connect instructor payouts, content drip, learning paths, cohorts, five more quiz question types, Open Badges 3.0 and Credly, the frontend course builder, white label, and unlimited webhooks across 147 events.
Does Pro stop working if my licence expires?
No. The licence controls updates and support. If it lapses, every Pro feature keeps working exactly as before; you just stop receiving new versions until you renew.
Can I sell course seats to a company?
Yes, with Pro. Spaces lets you sell a seat bundle, enforce the seat limit, sell more seats later, and bill a recurring team subscription. The company gets its own branded portal, adds people by CSV, and exports a compliance report.
