Files stay behind the lesson
Uploaded video, audio, PDF and download files move out of the public uploads folder. Only someone who can open the lesson can fetch them. YouTube, Vimeo and other embeds play as before.

Content Drip
Content Drip releases lessons on a fixed date, N days after enrollment, or after a prerequisite is completed. Students can't skip ahead - a locked lesson isn't hidden, it's inaccessible until the scheduled unlock time.
Unlock 7, 14, or 30 days after a student enrolls, personalized per student.
Schedule a lesson to unlock on a specific calendar date across all students.
Locked lessons are simply not accessible, not just hidden. The REST API enforces this at every access check.

Content Drip is a Pro feature that releases lessons on a fixed date, a set number of days after a student enrolls, or once a prerequisite is completed. Students cannot access locked lessons ahead of schedule. Free courses have fixed available dates on lessons and sections.
