In this tutorial you will read your membership analytics in Learnomy. It is one screen with the numbers behind your membership plans. You need Learnomy Pro, with the Membership module on. Memberships Pro is a Pro extension, and it starts switched on. It takes about two minutes. There are five steps. Check Memberships Pro is on. Open Membership Stats. Read the numbers and charts. See who has paused. Then export the figures. Step one. Check Memberships Pro is on. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Modules, and find the Memberships Pro card. It has a Pro badge. This one starts switched on, so the switch should be blue. The Membership card beside it has to be on as well. Step two. Open Membership Stats. Open L M S Commerce, then Membership Stats. The screen is for site administrators. It has two tabs. Overview, with the numbers, and Paused. Step three. Read the numbers and charts. Active subscribers counts every subscription that is still inside a paid period. Here it is six. Monthly recurring is what those subscribers bring in each month, at what each one actually pays. A yearly plan counts as one twelfth. Annual run rate is the monthly figure, times twelve. Churn this month is the share of subscribers whose subscription was cancelled or ran out this month. Zero means nobody has left. Lifetime value is what a subscriber has paid, on average, over their whole subscription. Under the cards, New subscribers vs cancellations shows both, month by month, for the last twelve months. Cohort retention has a row for each month people signed up in. The columns show the share of them still subscribed in each month after that. Step four. See who has paused. Click the Paused tab. The tab carries a count of paused subscriptions. Each one is a row, with the Member, the Plan and when it was paused. Resume scheduled shows a date when the pause has an end. This one has none. Resume, on the row, starts the subscription again, after it asks you to confirm. It is not clicked here. The filters above narrow the list by plan and by date. Step five. Export the figures. Back on Overview, Export CSV is at the top right of the screen. The file holds the figures for the current month. Recurring revenue, active subscriptions, cancellations and the churn rate. That is all five. Memberships Pro checked, Membership Stats opened, the numbers and charts read, the paused list seen, and the figures exported. You now know what your memberships bring in, and who is on a break. Next in this series: Manage a subscription after sign-up.
