In this tutorial you will read the analytics dashboard in Learnomy. It is the site owner's view of how the whole academy is doing. You need Learnomy Pro. Advanced Analytics is one of its extensions, and it starts switched off. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Turn on Advanced Analytics. Pick a period. Read the four numbers. Read the trends and courses. Then export a report. Step one. Turn on Advanced Analytics. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Modules, and find the Advanced Analytics card. It has a Pro badge. It starts switched off. Click its switch to turn it on. Here it is already on, so the switch is blue. Step two. Pick a period. Open Learnomy, then Analytics. At the top is Reporting Period, with four buttons. Seven days, thirty days, ninety days and one year. The page opens on thirty days. Click another one, and the numbers and both charts are drawn again for that period. Step three. Read the four numbers. Total Revenue is the money taken in the period, with refunds taken off. The line under it says the same. New students and Course Completions show how many students joined, and how many finished a course, in the period. Avg Rating is the average of the reviews written in the period. A dash means no review was written in it. Step four. Read the trends and courses. Revenue Trend plots the money day by day. Engagement Trend counts the students who opened a lesson each day. A rising line means people keep coming back. Top Courses lists your courses with their New students, Completions, Avg score and Revenue for the period you picked. The last column, Rating, is for all time. Revenue Breakdown splits the total into the Platform Share and the Instructor Share, with the number of Paid sales and the Avg Order Value. Step five. Export a report. At the foot of the page is Export Data, with three groups. Revenue, Students and Courses. Each one downloads as a C S V for a spreadsheet, or as a P D F report. Nothing is clicked here. That is all five. Advanced Analytics turned on, a period picked, the four numbers read, the trends and courses read, and the exports found. You now know where your academy stands, at a glance.
