How to read the Commerce overview in Learnomy, step by step: open LMS Commerce, read the four numbers, pick what you want to sell, and open a Commerce page from its card.
In this tutorial you will read the Commerce overview in Learnomy. It is the first screen of the L M S Commerce menu. You need the free Learnomy plugin. The L M S Commerce menu shows once the Membership, the Commissions and Payouts, or the Coupons module is on. All three are off on a new site. It takes about two minutes. There are four steps. Open the Overview. Read the four numbers. Pick what you want to sell. Then open a Commerce page. Step one. Open the Overview. In your WordPress admin, click L M S Commerce. It opens on Overview. The screen has four numbers at the top, and cards that lead to the other Commerce pages. Step two. Read the four numbers. Monthly recurring is what your active subscriptions bring in each month. Active subscribers counts them. This site has no active subscription, so both are zero. Lifetime revenue is the total of your completed transactions. Lifetime transactions is how many transactions are completed. Step three. Pick what you want to sell. Sell one Course leads to your courses, where you set a price in the course editor. Run an academy subscription leads to your membership plans, once the Membership module is on. Sell seats to a school or team is part of Learnomy Pro. Step four. Open a Commerce page. Under that is one card for each Commerce page you have. Memberships and Subscriptions come with the Membership module. Coupons comes with the Coupons module. Earnings comes with Commissions and Payouts. Click a card to open its page. This one opens Coupons. The same pages are in the menu on the left. That is all four. The Overview opened, the four numbers read, what you want to sell picked, and a Commerce page opened. You now know where the money side of your academy lives.
