Uses Pro featuresRun franchise or partner enablement with Learnomy
You run training for a network of franchisees or partners rather than individual customers. Each location or partner gets its own portal and its own roster, someone at head office wants a rollup of who has finished what across the whole network, and you would rather each location manage its own people than route every roster change through you.
This is Run a B2B training company with Learnomy with these adjustments. Read that guide first; this page covers what franchise or partner enablement does differently and links back into its walkthrough for the rest.
What's different for franchise or partner enablement
Billing per location. Run a B2B training company, Phase 1, covers three ways to charge for a Space Plan: one-time, a recurring subscription, and a seat pack top-up added later. Franchise and partner relationships are usually ongoing, so a Recurring Space Subscription billed monthly or yearly is the standard fit, with seat packs layered on top as a location's headcount grows mid-contract. Reserve a one-time plan for a single onboarding engagement with a defined end, such as bringing on one new franchisee once.
Who runs the roster. The same guide's Phase 2 weighs you managing every Space against the Space owner and their managers self-serving from
/learning-spaces/{slug}/manage/. A franchise network almost always wants self-serve: each location's owner or manager adds and removes their own staff, buys more seats, and requests a course, without a support ticket to head office for every new hire. Reserve managing it yourself for the rollout period before you hand a new location's roster over.Branding is one shared setting, not one per franchisee. The White Label extension (LMS Settings > White Label) replaces Learnomy's name, icon, and accent color with your own brand across every admin page and the frontend attribution. Read this honestly before promising it to a franchisee: it is a single, site-wide setting, not a per-Space or per-partner brand. Every franchisee's portal shares the same franchisor branding you set once -- there is no way to give Location A a different accent color than Location B. Use it to put the franchise's own brand on the whole training portal, not to differentiate one location's portal from another's. See White Label.
Standardizing the training track. Run a B2B training company, Phase 3, covers two ways to assign courses to a Space: hand-picking with the course search, or assigning a whole category at once. A franchise network typically wants Assign whole category, so every location gets the same standardized track in one click -- keeping in mind it is a one-time copy, not a live link: adding a course to that category later means running the bulk-assign again to top up every location that should also get it.
Roster import and progress export stay the same mechanics. CSV roster import (with the name-based-username behavior for new accounts), the 7-day invite link, and the space owner dashboard's Export CSV report breakdown all work exactly as documented in the B2B training company guide and its Corporate Internal Training companion -- nothing about a franchise context changes the CSV columns or the export format, so read those sections rather than a repeat here.
