You may already sell in WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, a membership plugin or Make. In this video you will keep that checkout and have Learnomy enrol students for you, so there is no second checkout to run. You need the free Learnomy plugin. The store and membership bridges need Learnomy Pro. It takes about four minutes. There are four steps. Open Incoming access. Read the Access Log. Connect a store or membership plugin. Then sell a membership plan elsewhere. Step one. Open Incoming access. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Webhooks. The Incoming access card gives access when someone pays on another platform. Endpoint URL is where your tool sends a grant. Learnomy records the access only. The money, receipts and refunds stay on that platform. The body says op grant, the buyer, and the item. Send op revoke with the same order reference to take access back. Send a test grant tries it safely. It gives the access, then takes it back, and nobody is notified. Step two. Read the Access Log. Every grant from a store, a membership plugin or an automation is listed here. Find a person by email or order number, and filter by Access, From and Status. Each row has Actions, so you can end access, or retry a grant that did not go through. This list is empty until the first grant arrives. Step three. Connect a store or membership plugin. In Learnomy Pro, Modules has a card named Store and membership bridges. It works with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Restrict Content Pro, Paid Memberships Pro and MemberPress. A paid order gives the buyer the courses you pick. A refund takes them back. Step four. Sell a membership plan elsewhere. Open a plan to edit it. Sold elsewhere is a switch under the price. Turn it on, and Store link appears. Buyers join in your store, and every Join button for this plan goes there. Until a link is set, the plan stays off the pricing page. Then click Update Plan. That is all four. Incoming access opened, the Access Log read, a store or membership plugin connected, and a plan sold elsewhere. Your store can now enrol your students.
