How to control your emails and match your theme in Learnomy. Bulk-enrolling a class can send a hundred emails, and a course that clashes with your theme looks unfinished. In this video you will pause every course email at once, find all notifications from the bell, and see courses match your theme. You need the free Learnomy plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are three steps. Pause all emails. Open View all notifications. Then see your theme colours. Step one. Pause all emails. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Settings, and click Emails. At the top is Pause all emails. Turn it on while you import people or enrol a class, and every email below stops. Notifications still appear in each person's bell. Notices about payouts and money still send. Then click Save Changes. Step two. Open View all notifications. A student sees the bell at the bottom right. Click it for the unread ones. At the bottom of the list, View all notifications opens the full history, read or not. Step three. See your theme colours. This site uses the Reign theme. Courses take their colours and text from the theme, so there is no custom style to write. Learnomy has a match for Reign, Astra, Kadence, Twenty Twenty-Five, GeneratePress, Blocksy, Neve and Ollie. Change your theme, and the courses follow. That is all three. All emails paused, View all notifications found, and courses matched to the theme. Your emails and your courses are now under your control.
