In this tutorial you will put your own name on the Learnomy admin. It is called White Label, and it suits an academy you run for a client. You need Learnomy Pro. White Label is one of its extensions, and it starts switched off. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Turn on White Label. Set the name and logo. Set the colour and footer. See the admin renamed. Then see the student side. Step one. Turn on White Label. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Modules, and find the White Label card. It has a Pro badge. It starts switched off. Click its switch to turn it on. Here it is already on, so the switch is blue. Step two. Set the name and logo. Open L M S Settings, then Settings. White Label is now in the list, under General. Until you fill something in, the card says there are no customizations yet. Admin Logo U R L is the small picture beside the menus. Click Choose image to pick it from your Media Library, or paste its address. Plugin Name is the name your team will see on the menus, in place of Learnomy. Type your own. Step three. Set the colour and footer. Accent Color is the highlight colour. Pick it from the swatch, or type its code in the box beside it. Footer Text replaces the line at the foot of the Learnomy admin screens. The switch under it hides Powered by Learnomy, the small line students see under a quiz or a lesson. Custom C S S is for small style changes of your own, up to five thousand characters. Then click Save Changes, at the foot of the card. It is not clicked here. Step four. See the admin renamed. After saving, load any admin screen again. The Learnomy menu now carries your name. The Accent Color reaches the buttons of the admin too. Add New, on this screen, is drawn in the colour you saved. The two menus under it are renamed with it. Your name, then Commerce, and your name, then Settings. At the foot of the screen, your Footer Text has replaced the WordPress line. Step five. See the student side. Now sign in as a student and open a course. Students never see the admin menus, so the name changes nothing here. The Accent Color does reach them. The Continue learning button is drawn in the colour you saved. That is all five. White Label turned on, the name and logo set, the colour and footer set, the admin renamed, and the student side seen. The admin your team opens every day now carries your own name. Next in this series: See each student's learning journey.
