Transcript

In this tutorial you will export your data as a spreadsheet in Learnomy. Several admin lists can hand you a C S V file, which opens in any spreadsheet program. You need the free Learnomy plugin. The students export is always there. The transactions export is on Earnings, which needs the Commissions and Payouts module. Subscriptions and plans need the Membership module. Both are off on a new site, unless the setup wizard turned them on. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Export your students. Export your questions. Export your transactions. Then export subscriptions and plans. No file is downloaded in this video. Step one. Export your students. In your WordPress admin, open Learnomy, then Students. Export C S V is at the top of the page. It is not clicked here. The file has one row for each person enrolled in a course, up to fifty thousand. Its columns are the user I D, the name, the email, and the date they registered. It is always the whole list. The search box does not narrow it. Step two. Export your questions. Open Learnomy, then Question Bank. This page needs the Quizzes module, which is on unless you, or the Simple Courses choice in the setup wizard, turned it off. Export C S V is at the top. This export follows four of the filters. Category, Type, Difficulty and Status. Pick one, click Filter, and then export, and the file holds only the questions that match. The Authors list and the search box are not carried into the file. Import C S V, beside the export, adds questions from a file. It is not clicked here. Step three. Export your transactions. Open L M S Commerce, then Earnings. This page is there only while the Commissions and Payouts module is on. The Transactions page itself has no export. Export C S V, at the top, gives every transaction on the site. Each row has the amount, the currency, the status, the provider and the date. It also has the reference the payment gateway gave the payment, so keep the file private. No payment reference is on screen in this video. Step four. Export subscriptions and plans. Open L M S Commerce, then Subscriptions. This page needs the Membership module. Export as C S V is beside the Filter button. Choose a status or a plan and click Filter first, and the file holds only those subscriptions. Each row has the member, the plan, the status, the period and the total paid. The Memberships page has the same link. It exports every plan, with its price, billing interval, trial days and active subscribers. That is all four. Students, questions, transactions, and subscriptions and plans, each with its own export. You now know where each export is, and what its file holds. Next in this series: Read a quiz score by subject.

Good support

I've used several of their plugins. Occasionally support was needed but they were quite prompt in their support and solved the issue.
