In this tutorial you will read a quiz score by subject in Learnomy, the way a student does. Each subject is one question category. You need the free Learnomy plugin with the Quizzes module on. It is on unless you, or the Simple Courses choice in the setup wizard, turned it off. The quiz needs questions from two or more question categories. It takes about two minutes. There are five steps. Open Quiz Attempts. Open an attempt. Read the overall score. Read each subject. Then find what to revise. Step one. Open Quiz Attempts. Sign in as a student and open My Account. In its menu, click Quiz Attempts. The page lists every quiz this student has taken, with the course, the score, the result and the date. Step two. Open an attempt. Click Review at the end of its row. The button is there once the attempt has been handed in. The saved review of that attempt opens. It stays in the account, so the student can come back to it later. Step three. Read the overall score. The card at the top has the quiz, its course, the score as a percentage, and Passed or Not passed. Download P D F saves this same review as a file. It is not clicked here. Step four. Read each subject. Under Question Review, the questions are grouped by question category. Beside each name is how many were right. Newsletter Planning, three of three correct. Newsletter Writing, two of three correct. So this student is weaker in writing. The review groups this way when the questions come from two or more categories. A quiz in the Sectioned layout groups by section instead. Step five. Find what to revise. Above the questions, click Incorrect. Only the questions answered wrong stay, each still under its subject. Two things to know. If the quiz is set to hide answer feedback, this page has the score and no questions. And straight after a student finishes a quiz that has Group questions by category on, the results screen adds a Score by category panel, with the marks for each subject. That screen needs a fresh attempt, so it is not shown here. That is all five. Quiz Attempts opened, an attempt opened, the overall score read, each subject read, and what to revise found. A student can now see which subject to work on next. Next in this series: Read your quiz statistics.
