Transcript

In this tutorial you will see your instructor reports in Learnomy. They show an instructor how each of their courses is doing. You need Learnomy Pro. Reports come with its Advanced Analytics extension, which starts switched off. You also need an instructor account. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Turn on Advanced Analytics. Open Reports. Open a course. Then check students and work. Step one. Turn on Advanced Analytics. In your WordPress admin, open L M S Settings, then Modules, and find the Advanced Analytics card. Instructor reports are part of it. It starts switched off. Click its switch to turn it on. Here it is already on, so the switch is blue. Step two. Open Reports. Now sign in as an instructor. In the Instructor Dashboard, click Reports in the menu. The table has a row for each course you teach, and only those. New students, Completion, Avg score, and Biggest drop, the lesson where most students stop. Period, above the table, changes New students and Avg score. Choose All time to count every student so far. Step three. Open a course. Click a course name. The first table is called Where learners stop, with one row for each lesson, in order. Reached is how many students got to the lesson. Finished is how many completed it. Avg time is how long they spent on it. Left here is how many reached the lesson before and never got to this one. A big number is the place to look at first. Step four. Check students and work. Further down, Students lists everyone on the course. Progress, Lessons done, the last lesson they finished, and when they were Last active. Click a name to see that student lesson by lesson, with the Status and the Time spent on each one. Back on the course, Assignments shows the Submissions for each one, how many are Graded, and the Class average. That is all four. Advanced Analytics turned on, Reports opened, a course opened, and students and work checked. You can now see where a course loses people, and who needs a nudge.
