How to enroll a list of students at once in Learnomy, step by step: open the course screen, open Bulk enroll from a list, paste the email addresses or pick a CSV file, click Enroll everyone, and check Enrolled Students.

In this tutorial you will enroll a whole list of students in a Learnomy course in one go, from their email addresses. You need the free Learnomy plugin, a course, and the email addresses of your students. It takes about two minutes. There are five steps. Open the course screen. Open Bulk enroll from a list. Paste the emails, or pick a file. Click Enroll everyone. Then check Enrolled Students. Step one. Open the course screen. In your WordPress admin, open Learnomy, then Courses, and click the title of the course. On the course screen, find the card called Enroll a Student. Step two. Open Bulk enroll from a list. Under the Enroll button is a line that says Bulk enroll from a list. Click it, and a box for the email addresses opens. Step three. Paste the emails, or pick a file. Paste the addresses into the box, one on each line, or with commas between them. Or click Choose CSV and pick a file from your computer. Its addresses go into the same box, so you can check them first. Step four. Click Enroll everyone. Someone who already has an account is enrolled. A new address gets an account, and an email to set a password. Anyone already in the course is skipped, so sending the same list twice is safe. Nobody is charged. When it finishes, a line under the button counts who was enrolled, who was invited, and who was skipped. Step five. Check Enrolled Students. Scroll down to Enrolled Students. After a bulk enroll, everyone on your list is here. The Source column says Added by admin, the same as a student you enroll one at a time. That is all five. The course screen opened, Bulk enroll from a list opened, the emails pasted, Enroll everyone found, and Enrolled Students checked. You can now fill a course in one go.
