How to share a certificate on LinkedIn in Learnomy, step by step: open Certificates in the student account, click Add to LinkedIn, copy the verification link with Share, and share from the public verification page.

In this tutorial you will share a certificate on LinkedIn from Learnomy, the way a student does. Every shared certificate links back to your site. You need the free Learnomy plugin, with the Certificates module on. It is off on a new site. You also need a student who has earned a certificate. It takes about two minutes. There are four steps. Open Certificates. Add it to LinkedIn. Copy the verification link. Then share from the verification page. Step one. Open Certificates. Sign in as a student and open My Account. In the account menu, click Certificates. Each certificate is a card with four buttons. Verify, Add to LinkedIn, Share and Download. Step two. Add it to LinkedIn. Click Add to LinkedIn. LinkedIn then opens its own form in a new tab, for adding a certification. That form is not shown here. Learnomy sends the course title, your site name as the organisation, the month and year of issue, the credential ID, and the link to the verification page. The student checks the form on LinkedIn and saves it there. Step three. Copy the verification link. The Share button copies the link to the public verification page, to paste into an email, a message or a resume. Step four. Share from the verification page. This is the page that link opens. Anyone can see it with no login, and it confirms the certificate is valid. Under the details is Share this certificate. Here, Share opens the LinkedIn form, and Copy copies the link. That is all four. Certificates opened, the certificate added to LinkedIn, the verification link copied, and the certificate shared from its verification page.
