How to Find Orders and Receipts in Learnomy

How to find orders and receipts in Learnomy, step by step: open Billing in the student account, check the billing address, look at active subscriptions, and find an order with its receipt.

In this tutorial you will find orders and receipts in Learnomy, the way a student does. It is the page to point a student to when they ask for a receipt. You need the free Learnomy plugin, and a student who has bought a course. The subscriptions section also needs the Membership module, which is off on a new site. It takes about two minutes. There are four steps. Open Billing. Check the Billing address. Look at Active subscriptions, which needs the Membership module. Then find an order and its receipt. Step one. Open Billing. Sign in as a student and open My Account. In the account menu, click Billing. The page is called Billing and orders. It has the billing address, subscriptions and the order history. Step two. Check the Billing address. It is printed on receipts and invoices. Checkout fills it in the first time a student buys. A student can correct it here and click Save address. That never changes an order already placed. Step three. Look at Active subscriptions. This section shows only when the Membership module is on. It is off on a new site, and on here. A membership plan or a course paid by subscription is listed in it, with a Manage button. This student has none, so the section is empty and offers a link to browse plans. Step four. Find an order and its receipt. Order history is at the bottom of the page. Each row is one payment, with the date, the item, the amount and the status. The Receipt button on the row opens the receipt for that payment, to keep or print. That is all four. Billing opened, the Billing address checked, Active subscriptions looked at, and an order found with its receipt. You now know where a student finds every payment and its receipt.
