A training program is a set of courses that everyone in a role must finish. Employee training software delivers those courses, the same for every person, records who has finished and who has not, and is ready for the next hire on day one. In most small companies, training is a set of slides in a shared folder. Somebody keeps a spreadsheet of who has read them, and updates it by hand. And somebody sends the same reminder every month to the people who have not. When a client or an inspector asks who is trained, nobody is sure the spreadsheet is right. There is a better way, and it runs on a WordPress site you own. Build the course once. Add your staff by email. They take it online, at their own desk. And the record fills itself in as they go. Every person has their own list, showing how far they are through each course. They carry on from the exact lesson where they stopped.
